Suvali’s journey began with the necessity and desire to heal her physical body. She was challenged with pain, tightness, poor movement patterns and limited range of motion. Through exploration, she discovered new pathways of movement that enabled everyday activities to become easeful, pain free and enjoyable. Suvali studied Pilates in Australia in 2005 and obtained an Australian Pilates Method Association Level 1 Certificate. This comprehensive course has a strong focus on rehabilitation and foundational movement. She has had additional training in pregnancy and postnatal work and completed 500 hours of Somatic Movement Therapy Training with Dr Martha Eddy in NYC. Suvali went to Bali in 2013 to complete 500 hours of Classic Hatha and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Shakti Mhi of Prana Yoga.
Suvali loves the yogic approach as it supports the body energetically, spiritually and emotionally. It brings Suvali joy to assist others in finding ease of movement and inner strength, allowing them to live a fuller, richer life through their physical bodies.
