Return to Small Group Classes

As per Tuesday’s announcement from Dr. Bonnie Henry and the Provincial Health Office, we will return to our low-intensity ‘fitness’ group sessions (3 participants in a group) this coming Monday, May 31st. Existing ONLINE classes will continue for the foreseeable future.
We have reached out to those of you who, are in our class schedule for the week of May 31st, to confirm your participation in classes. We have had a few small schedule changes with instructor availability, and are hard at work to accommodate as many participants as possible. Please be patient with us as we work through the existing availability.
The in-studio class schedule for the month of June will be back up on our website by end of day today. Online booking will also be available for those of you who prefer to book that way.
Please stay tuned to your email for any confirmations that we send out over the next short while. If you have not already responded to an email from us, we ask you to please confirm as we have people on waitlists.
We look forward to opening up to greater capacity as we move through the 4 Steps of reopening and will update our schedule accordingly.
