I’m sure many of you are missing your movement time at Meridian, and perhaps there is a win-win to come out of this, in some way. We have set up a remote teaching application using Zoom (an online meeting application we can use to practice social distancing while still connecting with you).
We would love to hang out with you. Any of you who might want to try a mat-based workout in their own homes, led by an instructor who already knows your body and particular habits and challenges, are most welcome to join us here. You don’t need much, but we will send you an email with more details on using any props you may own as well as setting up zoom, if interested.
We believe that working out remotely can be an excellent option, given our world right now, to help keep those body aches and pains from building up for too long. Please reach out to us to find out a schedule and how this could work for you. Teachers who are able to offer this at this point are as follows:
